Aramasa is where tradition, terroir, and modern design meet — vibrant, precise, and distinctly Akita.
It is known for a smooth, flowing character with elegant aromas of pear, lemon, and white flowers, often accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla or light cedar from wooden barrel aging. On the palate, it offers a refined fruit sweetness balanced by a refreshing, slightly fizzy acidity and smooth umami.
Brewing Method: Like others in the series, it is brewed using the traditional Kimoto method in wooden barrels (Kioke), which gives it a savory depth and helps it age well.
