On the nose, it offers an elegant bouquet of honeydew melon, white peach, and subtle cedar, reflecting its maturation in wooden Kioke barrels. The palate is a masterclass in balance, pairing a juicy, fruit-forward sweetness with a savory rice umami and a signature light effervescence that keeps the medium-bodied texture refreshing.
