The Aramasa Colors Viridian is a powerful, full-bodied Junmai Ginjo sake with a velvety texture, rich flavor profile, and an elegant balance of sweetness and acidity. It is known for its depth and long, lingering aftertaste, making it the "thickest and most powerful" sake in the Aramasa Colors lineup.
It has a rich, soft, and supple texture that is often described as velvety. Flavors include a balance of sweet and savory notes, such as ripe melons paired with a hint of prosciutto or a honeyed teriyaki sauce. It may have subtle peppery notes and a gassy or slightly fizzy sensation that helps awaken the palate.
Brewing Method: It is produced using the traditional, labor-intensive Kimoto method in wooden vats, without the addition of commercial acids or enzymes.
