Aramasa No.6 New Year Type 2026 is a once-a-year New Year’s release, known as Aramasa’s official “Good Fortune Sake.” Featuring the festive “Red Horse” (赤馬) design for the Year of the Horse, this extremely limited bottle is highly collectible and released in tiny quantities worldwide.
Brewed with the legendary Association No.6 yeast using low-temperature fermentation and no-additive methods, it offers elegant white peach aromas, gentle lactic creaminess, and a refreshing, lightly sparkling finish. Each bottle is blessed at Taiheizan Mitsuyoshi Shrine in Akita, making it a perfect sake to toast new beginnings and good luck.
