Aramasa No.6 R-Type NV is an unpasteurized (namazake) Junmai sake from Aramasa Shuzo in Akita, Japan. It serves as the "Regular" entry-level model in the cult-status No.6 series, characterized by its use of the brewery's own Kyokai No. 6 yeast and the traditional kimoto brewing method.Pronounced notes of green apple, muscat grapes, and citrus, often accompanied by a light floral or creamy yogurt scent.
A delicate balance of unique sourness and sweetness. It often features a slight natural fizz or micro-carbonation due to being bottled unpasteurized. Clean and crisp with an elegant umami presence.
