Aramasa is where tradition, terroir, and modern design meet — vibrant, precise, and distinctly Akita.
It boasts a crystal-clear taste with a natural balance of sweetness and acidity. Specific flavor profiles include notes of white peach, pear, citrus zest, young strawberries, pineapple, and mint. It has a subtle umami undertone that adds to its complexity.
The aroma is delicate and floral, with prominent hints of ripe melon, pear, and anise. The texture is described as silky and vibrant, with a thicker, more velvety body compared to other types in the series.
Like the entire No.6 series, it is made using the traditional Kimoto method with naturally cultivated yeast and no added lactic acid. It is also unpasteurized (Namazake) and bottled undiluted (Genshu), which preserves its fresh, vibrant characteristics.
