Smoky aromas of poached pear, just sliced apple, lemon-lime and a floral nuance give way to slightly more energetic flavors that possess solid concentration and better length on the clean, dry and refreshing finish. Once again, better depth would be beneficial so a few years of cellaring are suggested.
