Here too discreet but not invisible wood can be found on the overtly spicy aromas of red and blue pinot fruit that also display a touch of green tea that is notably more subtle than with the Petits Vougeots. There is the best volume in the range to the plump and caressing medium weight flavors that possess excellent length on the moderately austere and compact finale. This could use better depth but 8 to 10 years of keeping should easily address that.
