High-toned citrus, including grapefruit and lemon. White flowers, jasmine, and honeysuckle, alongside orchard fruits like white peach, melon, apricot, and rhubarb. The chalky calcareous terroir of Aÿ is prominent, providing a distinct mineral and flinty core.
