A commemorative sake for the 400th anniversary of the brewery, its rarity is comparable to 'Ryusen'.
“Hakuun Kyorai” translates roughly to “passing white clouds,” evoking its graceful, fleeting elegance. Crafted with premium Aiyama and Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 35%, it reflects Juyondai’s commitment to precision, texture, and aromatic beauty.
Brewed using the 'Shichisui Nijukkan' method, the sake is then slowly matured at a cool temperature. Rich in fruity aroma with a complex, layered taste.
This sake is highly limited in production and cherished for its harmony of fruit, polish, and depth.
