Utilizing the rare Jomorohaku polishing method—where both koji and steamed rice are polished to the same high degree—this sake offers unmatched purity and elegance. Only the Nakadori (middle-press) fraction is bottled, capturing the most refined portion of the sake. Bursting with aromas of melon, green apple, and white peach, it delivers a silky, umami-rich palate with perfect balance and a clean, lingering finish.
