Description

Kamoshibito Kuheiji, Betsu Atsurae Kurodasho Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo NV 720ML

九平次黒田庄山田錦別誂純米大吟釀

Kamoshibito Kuheiji "Betsu Atsurae" is a premium Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo brewed by Banjo Jozo in Aichi, Japan. Using 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Kurodasho, Hyogo, polished to 35%, this refined sake features elegant, fruity aromas of citrus, melon, and pear with a bright, taut acidity and a long, umami-driven finish.

A complex bouquet featuring ripe pear, melon, and apple, often complemented by subtle spicy notes of white pepper, anise, or coriander seed. Despite its high polishing, it retains a surprising weight and velvety smoothness. It is designed with low residual sugar to allow its natural minerality, crisp acidity, and rich umami to lead the experience. Refined and long, with a characteristic "tight" acidity that provides a clean, refreshing end.
