Description

Deep ruby with hints of garnet, showing some evolution. Intense and rich, with notes of ripe black cherries, plums, cassis, and dried figs. Secondary aromas of spice, tobacco, and earthy truffle emerge with age, along with a touch of vanilla and mocha from oak aging. Full-bodied and concentrated, with lush, ripe fruit flavors balanced by velvety tannins. The warmth of the vintage adds a slightly jammy character, but there is still good freshness and structure. Long and persistent, with notes of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of earthy minerality.
