The 2023 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is surprisingly reserved on the nose despite aeration, with crushed stone, sea cave and light nettle aromas. The palate is where the action is: very well balanced, harmonious and poised, gaining weight towards a mineral-driven finish that delivers the complexity you'd expect from a Grand Cru. Superb.
