The 2022 vintage marks the estate’s first officially certified organic release.
The 2023 Grains de Pinot is a young pup with welcoming strawberry, cherry fruit and a hint of herbaceousness. It blossoms in the mouth, but there's more tannin than initially anticipated. While the tannins are fine and round, the line of acidity from the chalk soils emphasizes that this still needs time to mellow. This would be better with more bottle age.
