Description

The NV Extra Brut is fascinating to taste next to the Brut Nature version. It offers a bit more textural richness, obviously, along with a flavor profile that leans into the pastry/brioche end of the spectrum. Lemon confit, spice and dried flowers build into a creamy, resonant finish laced with tons of Pinot Noir gaminess.
